ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Tuesday coordinated Federal Minister for Science and Technology Azam Khan Swati to present a composed answer in the event that relating to the exchange of Inspector General Police, Islamabad, Jan Muhammad, by today around evening time.
A three-judge seat headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar heard the suo-motu case.
As the knowing about the case began, Ali Zafar direct for the priest looked for one-day time from the seat to submit answer in light of the Joint Investigation Team's ( JIT) report.
He argued that his customer was abroad on an official visit and just come to back and he required time to counsel with him.
In this manner, the seat guided the respondent to submit answer till today around evening time.
